NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

The ratio of the areas of two similar polygons is 49:16. If the perimeter of the first polygon is 22 cm, what is the perimeter of the second polygon? 7.18 cm 11.02 cm 13.25 cm 12.57 cm

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

@Kevin

OpenStudy (pnathaniel56):

@Kevin help me first

OpenStudy (kevin):

perimeter and areas are differences right? or it's same?

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

Its different. Area is inside the shape lol. And Perimeter is the outline I guess lol.

OpenStudy (kevin):

That's make me confused. lol Since we don't know, what kind of polygon in the question

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

Ok. Lets skip this for now. I can get others help with this.

OpenStudy (kevin):

sqrt(49):sqrt(16) = 22:n 7 : 4 = 22/n n = 12.57

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

Thanks!
