I have a question, but it's not math related.. Is that okay?

Norton isn't working on my laptop, whenever I click it, it either doesn't come up at all, like it just doesn't show up and nothing else, or it says "are you sure you wanna uninstall this app?" Even though I never clicked to uninstall it in the first place.
Can someone help me?

what, that's super weird.
can you check if the file you're clicking really is not an uninstall file? it probably is not.
Eitherways, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it? or like @Virnios  said, use some other anti virus!
