Discussion Question: How might the delivery of a new software system affect its self affect users' requirements?

So far all I've been able to come up with is that users' outlook on the system may change. They might find that some more added features would have great potential within the system

If they have full control over the design, they'd probably have comments about the design of the GUI, and want changes to the tab order. They'll probably want more searching options.
