I think you have to help alot and be at 80+ or 99 

But its close now because of the Brainly thing and stuff

right now its only in Math (popular subject) 

But if you apply it will ask you for the links you teach the users and stuff :P

That program is now closed. And if you had an SS of above 90, you were invited to join, But it's closed now so it doesn't matter anymore xD

pardon for your derange ,but bc. you talk about this qualified helper title so than past 2 or 1 years when i begine to be champion with 99"s level on math. subject here in OS so was asked in email than i wan being qualified helper - i remember i completed the formulare  paper and i sent it back and till today about this i not have got again nothing - can some body saying me anything about this - or now not is importantly bc. my account with champion title was deleted and so this is my rebuild account of 77"s today - so anything about this please ? thank you in advance

When you completed the application sent in the email it should have made you a qualified helper once again. But they are not making any more qualified helpers. They have closed down the whole qualified help feature. You cannot buy owlbucks anymore either.
