proofread my essay pls, not quite done, yet just check my introductory paragraph for now, it is a debate essay on wether the han or roman empire was better

The Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty were both magnificent civilizations. Although, both left lasting legacies, the Han Dynasty was more influential in many ways. The Han Dynasty was referred to as the “Golden Age” of China and in its much shorter lifespan, it managed to outdo the Roman Empire in numerous ways. The Silk Road provided the Han with a trade route that was unprecedented, their advances in engineering were almost unrivaled, and the economy, government, and social structure laid the foundation for a nation that still stands as a superpower today.
