Is it just me or does anyone else think that people should start Following The Open Study rules,Including : Reduce The Amount Of Spamming,No Giving Direct Answers,No Foul Language,and Especially To The Staff And Moderators.Because,like the other day this user said look at these cool games,And I Said this is considered a spam so for your's and open study's sake id close this post.And Yet It's STILL Open.S What do you guys think?You Agree With Me Or Not?

If we see someone out of hand, we just simply report them.
It is not our job to imply the rules on people, that is the Moderator's job.

I at present don't get that. Thus they don't permit regulate replies. Yet all the there are exactly inquiries. That the place you can't ctually clarify it. 
You just could say it straightly.
Exactly from claiming you may say.

i agree everyon eshould listen to the moderators as they are there to help
even i made mistakes and i got the warning from the moderators and i stopped making those mistakes because otherwise the true essence of open study would have been lost

well...only you can follow the rules. We can't make anyone else. The best thing you can do is be a good example, and if someone uses foul mouth, or spams, just look the other way. Let the moderators deal with it, and lets not keep beating a dead horse by opening up the same posts over and over again.
