n an election, 54% of the voters voted for a new school tax. What is the probability that a randomly selected voter did not vote for the tax? Express your answer as a percentage. 54% 15% 17% 46%

Well it says that `54%` voted for tax. While as the others voted for not tax. So I believe we would subtract a total percent by the percentage that voted for the tax. `100% - 54% = no tax` Though im not to sure I have a feeling its a trick question. Would this be right @Awolflover1 ?
