Can someone please help? I just need a few ideas. Twain loves the use of exaggeration and hyperbole. This love is very apparent in the friendship between Huck and Tom, two very different characters. Describe in your own words, a scene from anywhere in chapters 33-35 in which the contrast between the two close friends is made all the clearer by the use of exaggeration and hyperbole. Cite specific examples. Your response should be at least 150 words long.
