Since we're looking at it from Jorge's brother point of view, Jorge's brother is 1 year older than Jorge. 
If we were to model that, it would be x-1 for Jorge, and x for Jorge's brother.
Does that make sense so far?

After that you just add them up to get 'no less than 25'.
