Dutch is not a country the country you mean is the Netherlands.
England is not an individual country per se'. it is a Kingdom and part of the Kingdom of Great Britain UK for short.

@mazmaz1 English people still consider England a country and quite distinct from other parts of the UK. (I know someone English.)
