Biologically? You can come up with many examples for adhersion I guess... I mean, Isn't our skin structure make it relatively less adherent to things than say, cloth? Imagine spilling ink on yourself, you can erase it easier from your skin than say, from cloth. But maybe the tearing of the outer layer of the skin has something to do with it i don't know ahaha

Example of adhesion: When you fill a narrow tube, such as a graduated cylinder or straw,with water, you'll notice the effect of adhesion. The edges of the water's surface are higher than the center, because the water adheres to the surface of the tube. I sure hope you know what adhesion means or you won't understand my explanation.
