A scientific theory is an explanation of the natural world with data and scientific support. It has to be accepted and strongly supported.
I would go with the first. Explanation with support of evidence. It is still falsifiable, meaning it can be proved wrong, just hasn't yet.
That's why the third would not be right.
All the other choices are scientific laws. Scientific laws are descriptions of what we expect to happen in the natural world but doesn't try to explain the reason y

Alright theories are made up stuff by scientist or people that is thought that had happen or would happen like the big bang or the end of the world.
