1st part, first you write 1.56*10^4 s in seconds, not in scientific notation

Very easy. just do 1.56 x 10,000. You may get the answer.

So yeah, it would equal 15,600 seconds just change that to 4 hours and 16 min and you get the answer. ( hour = 3600 sec min = 60 sec)
