remember if you are dividing by a fraction, you can also instead multiply by the flipped over fraction. \[\large \frac{ \frac{ -2 }{ 3 } }{ \frac{ -7 }{ 4 } } = \frac{ -2 }{ 3 }*\frac{ 4 }{ -7 }\]
