We are shown that in the box above that `angle PQS = angle PQR + angle RQS` and the one thats blank is `angle PQS = 17 + 13`. We are told that `angle PQR = 17` and `angle RQS = 13`. This would mean that we substituted the angles into the equation....so your answer would be Substitution Property of Equality.
