NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

Find the radius of a cone with volume 45.19 cm3 and height 7.5 cm.

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

gg ur lvl 77

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

yeah

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

2.4

OpenStudy (halox156):

r = 2.4 cm

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

cm

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

r = 2.4cm

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

and btw i answered first :p

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

I need the steps for how you got that answer also :)

OpenStudy (will.h):

The formula to solve for the volume of a cone is V= pi r^2 (h/3) Any idea?

OpenStudy (will.h):

Wow direct answers. Should I report?

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

No

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

Here I'll explain

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Will's formula, V= pi r^2 (h/3), is correct. You are given the volume, V, and the height, h. Use these values and the formula for the Volume V (above) to solve for the radius r.

OpenStudy (will.h):

And of course pi is 3.14 if you wanted a physical number

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

Is that a good explanation?

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

Hey

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

My explination!!!!

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

Wheer did it go!!!???

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

@mathmale

NvidiaIntely (nvidiaintely):

Thanks @mathmale!

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

...

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):
