What is the measure of an exterior angle of a regular 13-sided polygon? Round to the nearest tenth of a degree.

OpenStudy (ivitt):

@3mar

OpenStudy (jackthegreatest):

remember, for all polygons, the sum of exterior angles = 360

OpenStudy (jackthegreatest):

divide that by the number of sides, and you get degrees/angle

OpenStudy (jackthegreatest):

(by polygon I meant regular ones)

OpenStudy (jackthegreatest):

@Ivitt

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

with 360/13 will get the central angle measure of a regular 13 sided polygon so than you know the measure of the central angle ,subtracting this value from 180 will get the measure of an interior angle of a regular polygon so than you know the measure of interior angle just subtract this value from 360 and will get the measure of exterior angle hope helped

OpenStudy (ivitt):

@jackthegreatest Thanks! :)
