To interpret the​ mean, recall that the mean is also called the expected value. The mean of a binomial random variable can be interpreted as the expected number of successes in n trials of an experiment. - I dont under stand response I got for my wrong question :(

There was no reference to a 50%, 60/100 = 60%, and the whole thing was about before turning 18; proving the third choice to be incorrect and the second to be incorrect.
