That is a tricky question and I did not know how to solve it, properly or logically so I quasi cheated using a graphical calculator.

And I still don't know how to do it correctly, but if you logically think that the y-intercept is (0,-15) that means when x is zero y = -15.

What factors when multiplied together = -15 ???
