In the two regular pentagons shown above, s = 10 cm. Which of the following is a correct statement about the two pentagons? A.The pentagons are congruent. B.The pentagons are not congruent. C.There is not enough information to determine whether the pentagons are congruent. D.The triangles have all the same side lengths.
May we see the picture?
I can't see the pentagons
srry here u go
The sides of the pentagon shape are congruent so we know that s= 10 cm in both pentagons that means the sides are equal And there is one congruent angle. So I would say A.
The two pentagons seem to share 108 degrees which multiplied by 5 would give us our total degree of a pentagon which is 540. We are also told that the side length is 10 cm `for both pentagons` We multiply this by 5 to find the perimeter and find that the two have an equal perimeter of 50cm. With same angle and same length what would this indicate?
thanks guys
