So the identity of the element doesnt change because it's dictated by the number of protons. Atomic number = # of protons. (use the periodic table) The number at the end of the name indicates the "mass number", which is the sum of the protons and neutrons.

So yeah, the mass number is 31+41 = 72 the atomic number is 31, so it is Gallium
