Study tips for Unit Test? (HS freshman) Hey everyone! Have first Hnrs. History Unit test in 3 days, and while I've been studying, I was wondering if anyone had any study tips...thanks!

OpenStudy (blazeryder):

Study, Study, Study! What I did and do when studying for a History test is at the end of most sections or chapters there are reviews. But before I do those reviews I would speed read the previous chapter or sections of the chapter. Then I would do the review. Also I would ask your teacher if he has any Study Guides for the test. Most teachers (Not All) have them and make your study time more efficient and beneficial because you know what to study! Also reread your notes and maybe even rewrite them. I do that sometimes. I am a very visual learner so sometimes I make PowerPoint presentation with Key Ideas of each chapter along with all Key Words and their definition. I hope this helps! And good luck with this test and all other test in your future High School career! P.S. By the time you are a Junior (My grade) you will find you know what study methods you like best and that helps a ton!
