Since Brainly and OS hooked up together, it seems like Brainly has gotten more popular?
So OpenStudy is likely to shut down on us. I really did like this site, and I still think it's nice, but Brainly has been growing more ;-;

Good question! Its gone down hill to be honest and others can agree with that. For example , some of the subjects to learn on here are completey dead! Math seems like the only one to EVER stay awake , like everyone has to do math at the exact same time hahah.. But when you go to history or English , its like a ghost town and music as well AND thaats one of the funniest subjects I know of. Most users are starting to leave for good. A good friend of mine was last here 8 months ago , not that its a problem cause people have lives. Ever since open study and Brainly connected , Os has been doing not to good as for user wise and well the whole site tbh. I came back about 2 weeks ago , before I wasn't on for 8 months at least. I decided to come back two weeks ago and a lot has changed. except there's a lot of my buddies still here but 8 months ago was a life changer for this site. it has changed and went down hill from the 8 months I was gone.. Anyone agree?

Lots of people left since Brainly.
Even though Brainly has promised lots and lots of stuff. It's quite useless. When people google search questions from OS, it will say something about Brainly. It's gone down hill, it won't last that long.
For some reason we don't know what Brainly offered OS in the contract, but I don't think that will ever be disclosed.

Okay, so I don't know if you remember me but I used be on here constantly. As in, all day every day. My old account was austinL. Mostly high level math and physics questions.

Anyway, this site is definitely not the site that I left a little over a year ago. It has changed radically and I can't quite put my finger on why..

Well yea, there are no admins anymore.
In turn the mods don't mod anymore since yea.. they abandoned us.
No new mods and ambi's are being added and the old ones are leaving so OS has descended into anarchy. Most likely Brainly will keep the site online as long as possible in order to refer as many people to their own site, but when there is nothing left here they'll probably just kill the switch.

This site used to be filled with life. Nearly every chat was filled with people talking about their interests and making friends. Now, it is a few people occasionally talking in math chat. The question areas were filled with questions every few seconds it seemed like as an answerer. As an asker, you would be given help nearly immediately.

Life flowed through this site. Love and friendship everywhere. This is not the site that I left.
