I haven't checked your figures but if the total current is 2.877A Then you can see you have 2 parallel paths with resistance 3+41+15 = 59 and 3+17+15 = 35 The current splits in inverse proportion to the resistance The current in 17 ohm is the same as in the 3 ohm and 15 ohm
