To find if they are proportional you would cross multiply the fractions....So you would multiply 2 by 36 and 4 by 20....if they are equal then they are proportional...if they are not then they are NOT proportional.... \(\huge\bf{2 \times 36 = 4 \times 20}\) Are they proportional?
