OpenStudy (gavin39):

Write a quadratic equation that has 3 and 6 as solutions.

OpenStudy (will.h):

Cool question

OpenStudy (gavin39):

I was thinking something like y(y-36)=-81

OpenStudy (will.h):

by the fundamental theorem of algebra 2 solutions means the function/equation would be 2nd degree you said that x = 3 and x = 6 so (x-3)(x-6) simplify x^2 -6x -3x + 18 simplify x^2 - 9x + 18 = 0 that's the equation you desire

OpenStudy (will.h):

questions?

OpenStudy (gavin39):

Awesome thank you! That is all!

OpenStudy (will.h):

great! let me know if you have other questions

OpenStudy (gavin39):
