OpenStudy (dumptybaby):

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

They want it as a mixed number.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Anyways, 2 / 3

OpenStudy (drummergirl7):

oh lol

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

2 divided by 3 gets you?

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

Since it is 3 2/3, that mixed number will be 11/3

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

She said two-thirds,

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

Understand @DrummerGirl7

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

@MissSmartiez look at the actual question

OpenStudy (drummergirl7):

so its 11/3 :)

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

yes

OpenStudy (drummergirl7):

thx so much

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

In decimal format. To put a fraction in a decimal format, you do numerator divided by denominator, no? Therefore two divided by three. I am focusing on her question on what is '2/3rds in a decimal form.' The 'real' question? I do not understand, do you mean 'what A represents as an improper/mixed fraction' or what?

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

"What is the absolute value of the number plotted at point A on the number line?" is the actual question. Yes, she asked what is 2/3rd in decimal form, but that was not needed to answer the question. So I ignored it.

OpenStudy (drummergirl7):

hey guys i have a huge question that i need help with

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

k @DrummerGirl7

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Back, but yes, thank you, I see the problem there. She had everything, however, A stands for 3 2/3, hence where the point is.
