You might begin with the assumption that f(x)=x^2. The vertex of f(x)=x^2 is at (0,0). Then f(x-3) has the same graph as does f(x)=x^2, EXCEPT that the parabola is translated 3 units to the right and has vertex (3,0). Try finding other vertices. Once you have all of them, arrange them in order according to the x-coordinate of their vertices.
