If 9 people can fit into a 3x3, you know you can have one person per square foot. Multiply 10 feet by how many feet are in a mile and that should give you how many people you can fit.
can you help with number 2? @codysek98 Suppose a biologist captured and tagged 15 fish from a lake. The tagged fish were released back into the lake. A sample was taken some time later. In that sample there were 800 fish and only 5 were tagged. Predict how many fish in total are in the lake.
