U.S. participation in NATO was a break with tradition in that for the first time, th U.S. A. adopted an internationalist foreign policy B. entered a peacetie military alliance C. agreed to a free-trade policy D. based its foreign policy on purley ideological reasons
any guesses?
U.S. participation in NATO was a break with tradition, since the United States for the first time set itself up to automatically get involved in foreign conflicts--something that was very unnerving for a country of people who for most of American's history had been very isolationist.
but idk what that means
it means we didnt get involved with anything because we were still a baby country so we decided to help the world with any conflicts they're involved in sooooo which one matches
or which one means worldwide policies ?
