Okay so the slope is rise over run, you can use any of the triangles.

So if we use the first triangle:
It rises by 2
runs by 6

So slope is 2 / 6 or 1/3

If we use the second triangle:
It rises by 4
runs by 12

So slope is 4 / 12 which is also 1/3
