maximums are at the top of a hill, minimums are the bottom of a valley or bowl shape.

The way the question is worded isssss.... weird. I think they're asking for the `location` of the maximums in the first part (which refers to the x-coordinate). And the "value" of that location for the second part (which refers to the y-coordinate).

so x coordinate is 2, -3 and y is 3,4

Yes good job! It's possible they want the coordinate pair for the second question. (2,4) and (-3,3) But it's likely just the y's. I dunno, sorry the wording is weird :d
