I know the answer, but you should understand why this answer is correct. Photo = Sun, so we know it starts with 'photo' Also, the plants need sun to survive. What do you think the answer might be?

Plants curve towards the light, because they need sunlight energy to do photosynthesis.

"photo" means "light" not "sun"
