quick question, my grade in my class is an 88.75, what are the chances that it will be a 90?

Very little, unless you talk about it with your teacher. Perhaps she will give you some extra credit o bump it up to an A

Yep :) I asked my teacher once that before. She said she couldn't round it up unless it was like 89.51 or higher. BUT, she said if she saw I was making an effort, she'd give me some extra work to bump it up

aa ok, well thanks for the info! i hope i can get it up, but im not sure if she will though honestly, because my teacher thinks something like a b is fine (which it is but i still would love it was just 1 point higher).

No, what I meant is your transcripts will be written up as a letter grade, so if/when you decide to go to college, they'll see a B, even though it was really closer to an A
