If you don't want it anymore then you could just close your eyes and type random letters as your password and save it, then you exit out and you wont be able to get back on :) a few people have done that before

hover your mouse over your profile picture, select log out, exit your browser by clicking the little red x, and never type in Openstudy.com in your browser ever again
