OpenStudy (janet56):

A logical, ordered, and rational approach to determining the solution to a scientific inquiry/problem is referred to as the scientific method. True or False? Please.

OpenStudy (janet56):

Can someone please help me? Im studying for a test and i only have today to do 51 questions. More coming.

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

That is true. The scientific method is a process that makes experimentation easier because it is organized and precise. Just tag me @SapphireMoon if you need more help.

OpenStudy (osprey):

Well, yes that's the OFFICIAL line. The slightly less official line, and I think that Professor Richard P Feynman, Caltech, Nobel, referred to his scientific method as "sometimes a monkey clutching at straws". The problems with "precision" is that there are limits, and perhaps UNCERTAINTY should be considered as in, eg, Heisnberg's Uncertainty Principle (Nobel). There are also statistical limits. I don't know how well this post will go down ... lead balloon territory ? bon voyage et bon chance http://perendis.webs.com
