I'm able to find the magnitude using the formula: F= ILB = 2.5 x 10 ^ -4 N, I just don't know how to determine the direction. :(

Ohhhhh ok so when the the top and bottom part, the v and b vectors are parallel so it's going to give me zero? the angle between them is zero

the cross product is between l and B. B is coming out of the screen and l is in the direction of current flow
