OpenStudy (graciek):

. Simplify the expression: −3(4𝑎 − 5𝑏)

OpenStudy (batman127):

-3 • (4a - 5b)

OpenStudy (mrnood):

I would argue whether this can be 'simplified' it is factorised to its lowest level as it is. You can 'distribute' or 'expand' the bracket - but that is not normally considered 'simplifying' multiply both terms inside the bracket by the -3 (hint - be careful of the - signs)

OpenStudy (mrnood):

|dw:1476631760511:dw| multiply the -3 into each term inside the brackets @graciek - are oyu still there?
