Does anyone use MS Fresh Paint? (bad, I know) Any tips for a beginning artist who can't draw on paper either?

Hmmm I don't really use MS paint I use Sai Tool Paint. Though Ive seen some great videos on how others draw with it ;) Here is one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUNjmiy6gQY

Thanks, @563blackghost! I really mean the cool new one they introduced with Windows 8. It has brushes and pencils and stuff, I guess I'm just looking for general computer drawing tips (no matter which graphics program you personally use).

As a new digital artist I suggest using many layers and multiple sketches on top of each other before lining your final product.
Always play around with the program and brush settings. Download some brushes. BRUSHES ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND.
