I can't recall how long I have been dealing with this but I don't recieve any notifications unless someone tags me but it's kind of annoying i can't tell when someone fans me and gives a testimonial and things like that. Anyone else have this issue?

The only way I can check for these notfications is if i click on my profile and then they show up :/

Everything appears once you refresh or open a new OpenStudy page (such as your profile), and I do think it is strange how all of the notifications show up once we are tagged.

I do agree, it is quite an annoyance. I don't think there's really anything we can do about it at the moment either, unfortunately.

the notifications are still received, the orange thing telling you about it however won't popup, if you would like to get notified when you get a notification, so you can click notifications and see the notification, then there is always the Desktop Notifications feature in my extension...

^ Yeah, I find myself relying on the orange owl a lot. Frankly, it \(is\) annoying, but Brainly hasn't changed anything besides the log-in page image and the logo. Not sure if they're even taking suggestions tbh...

They have changed a few operations here and there on the server side.
The orange owl is unreliable, my extension will give you Desktop notifications not unlike slack notifying you to check your notifications lol

the reason this happens is OS will send a old notification data, for the same thing...

Say a question hasn't been responded to in a while, OS sends a old notification, so you'll get the one that says the notification has already been read, instead of the one you haven't, but my extension will notify you, so that latest notification is the notification that's actually knew. @5ever Hey, i just gave you detailed explanation of this bug, now how about you get the dev team to fix it? I got a lot more where this came from.
