what two comparisons can i make between "beowulf" and "the canterbury tales" and elaborate on?

the canterbury tails is a collection of stories, which is very dissimilar to beowulf, so Im not so sure why the comparison is trying to be made, but one of the comparisons that you could use is that their writings are archaic in nature in respect to modern English.
