The Charter of 1732 was created by the trustees. The purpose of the charter was to keep the colony of Georgia under control because it was a social experiment.The charter's most important rules are that there were no catholics allowed inGeorgia. It also did not allow blacks in because they believed it would start slavery and women weren't allowed to own land.
