What I have so far...
This story August Heat is a short story written by W.F Harvey a fourty year old man in good health. He seems to be lonely and draws to pass time and make a little money to get by. He seems to be discouraged saying he is not a good artist but makes money from his black and white drawings.
One morning he draws a picture in a hurry and it turns outr to be a fat man standing in a dock immediately after sentencing

Well, first of all, I'd say probably not keep sayint "he seems". He either is in your opinion or he isn't. Describe the events, (making sure you hit the main ones, of which there are usually three or four) and maybe add a bit at the end about the significance of the climactic event. (Haven't read it cause I'm about to go to church, but those are my tips).
