Non-inverting op-amp! I am given this diagram and I have to (1)derive the input-to-output relationship of the amp circuit shown. (2) determine the resistance values of Rf such that the gain of the non-inverting amplifier G is equal to a) 2, b)3 and c)4 I am clueless what to do. What equation can i derive for (1) and what equation can i use for 2 to find Rf that way i can get the gain of 2,3, and 4?

Update for (2): I'm aware of the equation G= (vo/vs) = 1+ (Rf/R1) But how do you get different values for gain (2,3, and 4) when my only R1 in this circuit is 10K? Or does R1 in this case represent all the resistors connected to ground (R1, R2, R3)? Even so, they are all 10k-ohms.
