You should post this in OpenStudy feedback section they'd help more I guess And I think the minimum requirements Is for you to have a level of 99

you dont have to be 99,you just have to be here for a long time, 6 months+ you also need to be 18 or older altho some exceptions are made, you also need to be an expert in a specific subject and have very good knowledge on the rules and how to communicate with others
