How come it says I have 70 fans but when someone fans me it say i have 130?

it is because of the deleted accounts say the same thing

Not quite, @Narissa...
OpenStudy worked on something to reduce the amount of lag so in doing so, they deleted all the inactive accounts.
So that's why they sent out emails and asked people that were still active to confirm their DOB in order to save their account.
So they didn't delete their own accounts. :P
