OpenStudy (campayne):

Solve the compound inequality: 3x ≤ 18 AND x + 4 > 2 Complete the next expression about the solution set: Solution set: -2 < x ___ _____ Enter your answer as one of the following examples: >3, <3, >=3, <=3

OpenStudy (mhchen):

It looks like -2 < x is the solution to the x+ 4 > 2 because they subtracted 4 from both sides. So now, you want to simplify the \[3x \le 18\] And if you divide each side by 3, it will give you \[x \le 6\] Huh....I guess that's not any of your answer choices..

OpenStudy (campayne):

no those are just examples

OpenStudy (mhchen):

Oh those are just examples. So yeah...woops xD Didn't mean to solve it for you

OpenStudy (campayne):

well after trying like 9000 times ill take it thank you
