Other things being equal, would it be easier to drive at a high speed around an unbanked horizontal curve on the moon as compared to driving around the same curve on earth? Explain.

Question Design = questionable. All things being equal, as they are not in a moon-earth comparison, you will have greater downforce on the earth, and therefore greater traction. So you can accelerate through a bend on earth faster.
