OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

When two lines are perpendicular their slopes have a product of -1. In other words if the slope of one line is m, then the slope of a line perpendicular to it is $$\dfrac{-1}{m}$$

Directrix (directrix):

@Cookie_2046 Slope of bicycle path is 4/3 because 4/3 is the negative reciprocal of (-3/4) which is the slope of Bruckner. Now, use y = (4/3)*x + b to get the equation of the bike path.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

$$\Huge m_{perpendicular} = \dfrac{-1}{\dfrac{-3}{4}} = \dfrac{4}{3}$$
