6m+3=2m-4/2 *2 *2 6m+6=2m-4 +2m +2m 8m+6=-4 -6 -6 8m=-10 m=-1.25

the left side than you multiply it by 2 so you need multiply the 6 too not just the 3

2(6m+3) = 2*6m +2*3
